Refund and Cancellations Policy

Overview

Cancellations

If your appointment is cancelled before 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be eligible to receive a full-refund to the payment method we have on file.  Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, we will apply your purchase towards your next appointment.  Please contact Swift to reschedule.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, no refund will be given.  If you decide to reschedule, you will need to pay for a new appointment in full.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 – 5 business days.

If the payment method is unable to be processed or is not available, you will receive a business check by mail to the address we have on file within 10-14 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@swifthousecare.com.

Dissatisfied with Service

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact Swift immediately.  A rebook must be completed within 3 business days.  We will assess and address the areas of concern.  Please note a rebook DOES NOT include a full and complete re-clean.  We maintain a standard of excellence and we will do our best to provide you with superior service.

Packages

If a package is cancelled, you will be eligible for pro-rated refund for the unused portion of services purchased.  For example, if you purchase a six-pack of cleans and two appointments are completed, you may be eligible for refund for the remaining four appointments.  Appointments already complete or appointments cancelled within 24 hours are not eligible for refund.
