A regular clean is great for low-maintenance cleaning. This covers the basics, such as floors, sinks and countertops.
A deep clean gets into more details, such as baseboards, vent covers, polish faucets, wiping walls and backsplashes. Deep clean is recommended if your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in the past six months. A deep clean is recommended for all first-time clients. A deep clean is also recommended every three months to keep your home sparkling and sanitized.
A deep clean is recommended for all first time clients. It allows your cleaner the time to get into the details and gets your home in tip-top shape. A regular clean may be scheduled for follow-up appointments to keep up with the basics.

Swift offers cleaning packages that cover regular or deep cleaning. You can customize what areas we clean with add-ons. We will only clean the areas you select and pay for.

You can select the "Power Clean" add-on for 30 extra minutes of attention to any space. This can include extra dishes (beyond the sink height), a deep clean of any specific room, or light tasks such as folding laundry.
We will attempt to request the same cleaner for each appointment. Please remember that cleaners have personal lives and from time to time can get sick, go on vacation or become unavailable. The same dedication and level of service will be provided to you if we have to schedule a back-up cleaner for your appointment.
You do not have to be home. You advisor will confirm access instructions when you book your appointment. However, if it is your first time with a Swift cleaning appointment, it's a good idea to greet your cleaner at least once as introductions help develop a personable relationship.
Yes, it is actually preferred after your initial cleaning appointment. This way we are able to perform services and not be in your way. We will strive to arrive during our cleaning window (within 2 hours of your appointment time), so if we have access there's no need for you to hang around and wait!
Yes, all our cleaners are background checked at the national, state and county level. Our commitment to excellence is what makes us stand out from the rest!
We strive to use eco-friendly cleaning agents that are safe for your family and pets. In some instances "harsh" cleaning agents such as CLR are strictly used on tough to clean surfaces, such as soap scum, rust stains, etc.
Swift cleans indoor spaces, which can include your three-season porch, entryway or a covered patio or deck. For example, you can select the add-on of a bonus room and note "please clean the deck" and we will sweep, mop, wipe down surfaces and lightly organize this space.
Garages are booked as their own space for cleaning and can be added on to any package. Garage Cleaning includes sweeping/vacuum and mopping, light dusting and spot clean surfaces.

You will pay online at the time of booking.
If you book via phone you will be sent an invoice. Your invoice must be paid before 48 hours ahead of your appointment time to secure your reservation.
We currently service inside the state of North Carolina, approximately 45 miles radius from Wilkesboro, NC.
We currently service approximately 45 miles radius from Wilkesboro, NC and only inside the state of North Carolina. Swift reserves the right to decline appointments outside of this coverage area.

Cleaning on a regular schedule is ideal to keep your home in tip-top shape. Swift offers weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or one-time services. You can select a recurring appointment when you book to hold your time slot. You'll pay for the first cleaning now and the other cleans will be billed to you 3 days before your next appointment.
Low-maintenance package that covers basic, routine cleaning including surface areas in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, dishes, sink, toilet, tub, shower, floors, change linens, trash removal (placed in client’s outside receptacle), vacuuming and mopping. Regular cleaning base price includes one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen and living room.

You can customize to add on additional bedrooms, bathrooms and bonus rooms such as family room, den, music room, office, additional kitchen, etc. You only have to pay for the space you want cleaned.

Have a bigger job you need accomplished? Select the "Power Clean" add-on for 30 extra minutes of cleaning focus, such as an excessive amount of dishes, or a specific room you would like deep cleaned.
A Deep Clean includes everything in a regular clean plus detailed dusting, baseboards, polish faucets and sink fixtures, clean backsplashes, spot clean interior window glass, vacuum vent covers and grates.


A deep clean is recommended for all first time clients to give us the proper time to get your space clean and sanitized.

Don't forget, you can select a "Power Clean" add-on to allow for 30 extra minutes of cleaning focus, such as an excessive amount of dishes, or a small task such as folding laundry, etc.
Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning includes all deep cleaning, plus inside the oven, inside the fridge, wipe down blinds (in place, we do not remove them from the windows), light fixtures (in place, we do not remove the fixtures or glass covers from the wall or ceiling), inside cabinets and wipe closet shelving, vacuum closets.


Note: There is no guarantee for the return of your renter’s deposit. We have no responsibility or control over the release or refund of any security deposit. Please ask your landlord or renter’s agency for questions regarding your lease or agreements.
If you cancel before 48 hours of your appointment time your appointment is fully refundable. You will be issued a refund to the payment method on file.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time, your booking is credited to your account to use whenever you would like to reschedule and can be applied to your next clean.

If you cancel within 24 hours, your booking is non-refundable.

Yes, Swift is licensed to operate business in North Carolina and we carry liability insurance for your protection and ours.
Although rare, accidents do happen. Please contact us immediately at (336) 600-2556 or support@swifthousecare.com so we can work to remedy the situation.
Absolutely! We love furry friends, but please remember to have pet messes such as urine and feces cleaned up BEFORE your cleaner arrives for our health and safety. If possible, it's a good idea to have a place for your pet to hang out while we clean. For example, a pet may hang out in the laundry room or a kennel while we clean the rest of your space to ensure we can get your cleaning finished on time and keep your pet safe from equipment such as vacuum cleaners.

Please note excessive pet messes may result in cancellation of services. We cannot expect our cleaners to work in unsafe conditions such as feces and urine on the floor.
We do not clean where indoor smoking has occurred due to pollutants that settle on surfaces. Swift strives to provide the best service to our customers and we also have a dedication to keeping our cleaning staff safe.
If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, please contact us immediately after your clean. Any reschedules must be made within 3 business days of your original appointment.


Our cleaning team will always strive to perform with excellence the services under the package booked. Deeper cleans or harsh stains may require you to rebook a new package and these areas can be addressed on your next appointment.


At Swift we will always strive to do our best and take care of our customers!
Lite organization includes 30 minutes of focus time on spaces such as bedroom closets, linen closets, dressers and desks, pantry or cabinets. We will work to contain the clutter and tidy the space.


A premium organization consultation may be booked instead if you have a larger project requiring us to create a quote for containers, labels, etc.
Call, text, email or use the Contact Us form to reach out to Swift if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your booking will be fully refunded if you notify us before 48 hours of your appointment. Within 48 hours, your paid booking will be applied to your next appointment. Within 24 hours will result in no refund available.
Prices are not negotiable, but packages are customizable based on add-ons such as additional bedrooms and bathrooms. You only have to pay for the space you want cleaned.
